Job Summary
The Spa Events Coordinator will play a key role in providing administrative support to the Sales & Events Team, reporting to the VP of Operations. This entry level position will assist with managing group bookings, ensuring accuracy and a seamless reservation and event experience for group guests at The Red Rock Spa by Well & Being, Green Valley Ranch by Well & Being, and The Spa at Palms locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, a passion for event planning, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments to meet guest expectations.

Essential Functions
- Adhere to TRILOGY’s “Flawless Service, Every Guest, Every Day” philosophy and Spa policy and procedures.
- Anticipate guest needs and uphold Spa and TRILOGY’s service standards for guest service, including FORBES 5 Star criteria.
- Provides general administrative support, including, but not limited to: data entry, filing, and emailing.
- Responsible for booking all new groups and Spa’rty’s into Spa Soft and Book4Time.
- Ensures all event items are ordered ahead of scheduled Spa’rty groups.
- Works closely with the Group Sales Manager on new Spa events.
- Assists the Group Sales Manager with marketing efforts and photo shoots, as needed.
Required Education and Preferred Experience
- A minimum of 2 year College Associates Degree or any other combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and capabilities.
- Must be polished, professional, and have a strong command of both written and verbal English.
- Must be organized, timely and detailed-oriented.
- Must exhibit the ability to multi-task and work well within a team.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; Booker, Book4Time, Spa Soft experience preferred.
- Previous experience in Spa Group Sales or Event coordination within a luxury spa or hotel environment is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
- Ability to respond to guest and employee concerns with urgency and professionalism.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour + 8% Service Charge + 10% Retail Commission
